We work with premium lab-grown diamonds chosen according to the internationally recognised 4C standards, with VVS1–VS2 clarity and D–F colour grades.
Every piece is made to order in 18K gold and crafted with meticulous attention to detail. Production typically takes 15–20 business days, allowing us to create each jewel with the care it deserves.
Simply get in touch in whichever way feels most natural — via email, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram or through our website. We will guide you through the process, answer any questions, and help you choose the perfect piece.
Once your order is confirmed, payment can be made securely by bank transfer or card. Production begins after payment is received.
All 37 Rue Laugier pieces are carefully packaged and shipped with insured delivery to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully to wherever you are in the world.
We currently deliver across Europe and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the nature of your order, but we will always keep you informed every step of the way.
Each 37 Rue Laugier piece is made to order and created especially for its future owner. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
That said, our relationship does not end when your jewellery arrives. If your piece ever requires adjustment, repair, or professional care, we will be happy to help.
