We deliver throughout Europe. All jewellery is made to order, with production taking up to 21 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 7 days, depending on the destination. Delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout.

For delivery outside Europe, please contact hello@37ruelaugier.com to confirm availability and shipping costs. Shipping costs for these destinations are paid by the customer.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged, contact hello@37ruelaugier.com. For delivery arranged by us, we remain responsible for the goods until you or your nominated recipient receives them. Your statutory delivery and cancellation rights remain unaffected.
