Each 37 Rue Laugier piece is made to order and created with care for its future owner.

For online purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to pieces made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as engraved jewellery, where permitted by law. Made-to-order production alone does not exclude this right.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact hello@37ruelaugier.com. We will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law, including repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund where the relevant conditions are met.

Our relationship does not end when your jewellery arrives. For adjustments, repairs or professional care beyond your statutory rights, we will be happy to discuss the available options and any costs before proceeding.
